This book is a collection of love poems I have written over the last twenty-five years. Paramount in life’s blessings is love – romantic love that binds the bodies, souls and spirits of two people in full submersion into the deep rivers of rapture. We must bathe in these cosmic love-flows fully and wisely, before time empties to drifting seas. I can only hope that each of you will find and retain the bliss that I fortunately have discovered in the love of my ever-bride, Dotty.
Dr. Merle Martin is the author of The Haunting: Poetic Images of Alaska, Color of The Soul: A Poetic Quest and several other books. He is a Professor Emeritus at Sacramento State University and Editor of Remodel Spokane Magazine. Dr. Martin has taught at several universities including ones in Thailand and the Russian Far East. He holds degrees from Texas A&M, Stanford, and the University of California, Berkeley. He resides with his wife in Spokane Valley, Washington.
